Please note the soft (10.00am) Sat morning group did 52.5km in 2hrs 20min. So if anybody needs an training area before heading out with the big boys, feel free to come along.

Nothing soft about that James but the 7am start means we get back in time to cook breakfast for our big boys!

Dena and Tom are heading out this Thursday evening for a spin with a couple of others from the square in Ferns it will be a 2 loop course for those wanting to do 60k starting at 5 and those wanting to do about 30k starting just before 6, all welcome.
