Had a great spin 60k spin this am, great to have Dena back on board...four weeks post partum..jaysus, we're dead when she really gets going.
No road spin next week, as me and Liam K will be resting up, and horsing pasta and porrige into us on the eve of our TRI795 debuts..Ive been checking the times from last year etc, and am very confident of smashing all previous record for slowest in swim ( When signing up, the section which asked you to predict your swim time, I tried to type in wednesday!!!)....and very slowest in the run........Please tell me that there is another club member competing (i use that word lightly) as Id hate to be the sole flag bearer for the club
