When pedalling, imagine you are scraping sh*t off the sole of your shoe, particularly while climbing. People starting out usually grind a high gear but it's all a big push. If clipped in, don't forget to pull back up while scraping the ....

The bike you were on was a straight handlebar if i rem correctly. Can you clip on aerobars onto this - major help for tri's. When you have that done, then we could look at aero position. I have some turbo cycling videos that i got from club members, that i put together as one DVD. Could burn one, if you are interested, Tough 1 hour workout x 3.

Very cold at mo for road biking..... but one hour turbo is a great workout as you're pedalling all the time, compared to freewheeling on a road spin
