Interval Session

9.30am tomorrow at GAA grounds for a running interval session if anyone is free to join Joy and myself.

Ok so that was a tough session yesterday morning, 8 x 1km reps, ( well I only managed 7!) but strangely enjoyable.
I know the time does nt suit most people but if anyone else wants to join us any day please do.
Orla I am now sufficiently recovered and looking forward to the next one.

Yeah, Tuesday was weirdly enjoyable, especially the coffee with defib afterwards . What days are you free next week Joy? I'm free on Tuesday, but only till about 10.30 (can start earlier though if that suits). Alternatively I can do Monday morning or Thursday.

Just wondering if next we could arrange intervals for any other day next week (ie, not Tues). Would Monday suit you, Joy? (I'll text Kate, and I have another interested person as well!).

Another great but v tough session this am. Starting to really enjoy these mornings and feel I really deserve those recovery chocolates and coffee
Seriously though these are a good session with lots of variation, christmas hols might bring some free time for others to join us.

If anyone is keen on some interval sessions over the hols, post here. The more the merrier. I suggested that we aim for one next Mon (Christmas Eve) but she informs me there is usually a run up The Gibbet that day?? Do tell
