Just bringing this to your attention again, looks like we are going to have a few joining us from SBR too, so should be a really good spin, any more takers. Thu nite running club any takers, joy Barry?

Right listen up peeps, looks like we have a right crowd joining in, details as follows...

Everyone is too please meet at 9:45 SHARP in the car park of The Holy Grail pub, ballindaggin, this is so we can all car pool, and bring as few vehicles as possible to the foot of the mountain.

There are a few people only going half way up, so feel free to do that if the full accent seems a bit much. Please carry a light rain jacket even if the weather looks good, I have been mountain running for several years and have seen first hand how quick the weather can change!

We have the flasks of tea coming , so if ye have any left over chocs u want rid of I'm sure they will be savaged after the run.

Hope to see ye all there.....

i'll be there, ill meet you at ballycrysral have a secret parking spot
just to reinforce the jacket thing i've been up there a good few times and there is generally a 50/50 change the wind chill will hit you like a ton of bricks once you reach the ridge.

Thanks to all that turned up this morning, hope ye all enjoyed at least some of it, views, muck, endless up hill???

I'll say that the route the majority of us took was hard but rewarding and everyone seemed to b smiling at the end, maybe a certain 2 others can give there report on the route they took a tad out of the way :D
