Joy, I am under a little pressure this Thu as i have a meeting in Carlow at 9, any chance we could do the run earlier? If i am leaving Bunclody by 8.30 that would be great? If you cant do it a earlier there is no problem.

With the start of the core sessions on a Thursday night this is now moved to Friday nights same time 8pm same place gate at the entrance.
starting back tomorrow night the 4th
