Well I guess that means I am out
I 'll have a lot to do to catch up on ye, its a lsr for me on Sun in prep for the marathon, but once the first weekend in May is over it is out with the bike and building up those miles, lets keep everyone motivated to get on the saddle and do the big man proud.

All going well I plan to ride out from Gorey about 7:45 to hook up with Dena in Ferns @ 8:30, ride to Bunclody, then back home through Carnew, possibly via the Aughrim road, depends. Anyone fancy joining me?

Pace likely to be fast and furious from Gorey to Ferns (ha ha cycling's easy), steady to Bunclody (breath, breath, breath), and dying on my a$$ back through Carnew (forgot to bring a gel, that's all that's wrong with me, really!!)

Big noel from Camolin, plans to cycle from camolin, meet us go to Bunclody and then go back the way so id say he might jion u and then turn off for camolin at Crannford.

Should be hitting the square 9:30/9:40 all going to plan, we are taking the main road in because back road is in s**t, hopefully c u there
