at 140km wil be good prep for Martins Grand Plan
or there's always the 100km "soft" option for those of a more tender bottom

Its on Saturday 18th May starting from Enniscorthy
No big triathlons that weekend other than Tri an Mhi (so I guess Ruairi's out)

Grand and local, a big turnout of club colours would look well
Barry's done it the last few years and only ever had good things to say

It's always clashed with Communions in previous years and I've always wanted to do it, so ne excuses this year
