Mike I missed your text by minutes and am just back from run, had assumed I would be going solo (thought you d be going to the mountain in the am) and decided to get run done in daylight. Barry and Jim mtbing today so not sure about them. Apologies.

I wont make this pm Barry, got run in earlier as lsr in the am , think the legs will need extra resting going to follow Tracy and Fintan over the hills of kilbranish.... feeling the pain already.
